Landscape Lighting Repair & Evaluation in North Texas
Dim, flickering, or dark? Let's take a look.
We evaluate existing low-voltage landscape lighting systems and let you know honestly what it will take to get them working again.
Outdoor Lighting Evaluation & Service
Every system is different, so we look before we promise anything.
Low-voltage lighting systems don't fail all at once. Fixtures dim, connectors corrode, wires get cut by landscapers, and transformers wear out. If sections of your yard have gone dark, or the whole system flickers at sunset, it's usually a handful of things adding up.
We evaluate existing low-voltage systems individually. Some systems can be repaired or upgraded, while others may require a more extensive redesign. Contact us with details about the system and the issues you are experiencing.
When you reach out, tell us what system you have if you know it, roughly how old it is, and what you are seeing: dark zones, flickering, dim fixtures, or a transformer that won't hold a charge. That detail helps us come prepared to give you a straight answer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions.
- Can you repair my existing lighting system?
- We evaluate existing low-voltage systems individually. Some systems can be repaired or upgraded, while others may require a more extensive redesign. Contact us with details about the system and the issues you are experiencing.
- Why are my landscape lights dim or flickering?
- Usually it's one of a few things: a failing transformer, corroded wire connections, dim LED fixtures at the end of their life, or too many fixtures on one run. We evaluate the system to find the real cause before recommending anything.
- What if my system needs more than a repair?
- We'll tell you honestly. Some systems make sense to patch, others make more sense to redesign. We'll show you the options and let you decide.
- How much does an evaluation or repair cost?
- Every project is custom, so pricing depends on the size of your property, what you want lit, and the scope of the system. Projects typically start at $2,500, with most landing around $15,000. Larger or more complex properties can run higher depending on scope. We come out for a free consultation, walk the property with you, and put together a written proposal with options at a few different scopes so you can choose what fits. You will know the full price before any work begins. No surprises. Please contact us for your free consultation. A repair-only visit is scoped separately once we've seen the system.
- Can I enroll my existing system in the Longevity Plan?
- Enrollment for a system we did not install is evaluated after an inspection. It is not automatic, since we need to see the condition of the system first.
- Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
- Yes. K Legacy Longevity, our bi-annual maintenance plan, is available to eligible systems after an inspection.
